Attorney Jimenez is the daughter of Mexican immigrants, which drives her passion in representing her clients.

Attorney Jimenez primarily focuses on removal defense in both detained and non-detained immigration courts. She also handles appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. With extensive experience in asylum, adjustment of status, and cancellation of removal for both lawful permanent residents and certain nonpermanent residents, she has successfully litigated hundreds of cases. She is well-versed in complex waivers and defenses, including those involving fraud and criminal grounds of inadmissibility and removability.
