Len also assists construction and engineering companies with master service agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, and government proposals.

Len served as a Marine Corps officer and helicopter pilot in both Iraq and Afghanistan. Led negotiations for a multi-year, cyber and physical security contract with Fortune 500 energy company that required proprietary equipment, software, systems, and the engagement of highly specialized personnel.
Successfully negotiated a temporary pilot contract and a multi-year Software as a Service (SaaS) contract with a global news giant for representative services, subscription services, routine and specialty training, and engineering upgrades.
Engineered a ‘reverse merger’ with a private company and a publicly traded shell-corporation to facilitate a substantial capital raise as an alternative to traditional IPOs.
Restructured corporate holdings for leading engineering company to form a wholly-owned subsidiary for database, security, and specialty construction projects.
Advised multiple start-ups in their development and execution of fundraising plans utilizing convertible promissory notes, Private Placement Memorandums (PPM), Simple Agreements for Future Equity (SAFE), equity lines of credit, equity-based options and warrants, and security token offerings.
Counseled national technology staffing firm in negotiating master service agreements, employment agreements, and membership purchase agreements.
Works closely with software and technology inventors and patent agents to create impressive patent portfolios, producing, filing, and prosecuting 29 domestic and international patent applications and ten trademarks.
