Overview

Mahmood Haque is the Managing Attorney of Haque Law, PLLC, a healthcare and injury law firm based in Houston, Texas, with a dedicated team of over 18 staff members. With a decade of experience in healthcare operations, he represents clients in both the healthcare and personal injury sectors.

As both a legal professional and former healthcare executive, Mr. Haque brings a unique, insider perspective to the intersection of healthcare and personal injury law. His deep understanding of the industry allows him and his team to navigate the complexities of injuries, medical expenses, and healthcare-related challenges with unparalleled insight. At Haque Law, PLLC, we don’t just represent our clients—we truly understand what they are going through.

Before transitioning into traditional law, Mr. Haque spent five years in hospital executive management, serving as Chief Executive Officer of Woodlands Specialty Hospital, Interim Chief Executive Officer of Providence Hospital, and Executive Chief Operating Officer of Emergency Hospital Systems, LLC. In these leadership roles, he oversaw cost control, physician and employee relations, facility operations, and policy administration.

Prior to his hospital management roles, he played a key role in the development and operations of 14 multi-specialty clinics for US Pain and Spine, assisting in revenue growth and the establishment of policies, procedures, and protocols. His extensive background in healthcare operations shapes the strategic legal approaches he now employs for his personal injury clients.

Mr. Haque earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Houston – Main Campus (2011) and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law (2015). He is licensed to practice law in Texas. His career began in pharmacy management before expanding into consulting for clinics and urgent care centers, where he also managed the full construction cycle of new medical facilities.
