Overview
MARIO E. DE LA GARZA represents victims of catastrophic personal injury in a variety of contexts, including industrial, workplace, and premises injuries, trucking and serious automobile accidents, wrongful death, defective products, and medical malpractice.
Mr. de la Garza began his legal career as an appellate lawyer at Haynes and Boone, LLP, where he drafted appellate briefs and trial motions in complex civil matters. He then gained international transaction experience at Bracewell & Giuliani, LLP. In early 2009, Mr. de la Garza decided to focus his efforts on representing people who have been wronged by the negligence of others. Toward this end, he joined Fleming & Associates, a nationally recognized class and mass action firm, where he worked on a variety of matters including complex pharmaceutical litigation. In August of 2010, Mr. de la Garza became a law firm owner and has since represented victims of catastrophic and serious personal injury.
