Overview
Matías J. Adrogué is a native Argentine, fluent in Spanish, who is very passionate about his clients' matters and their Right to Trial by Jury, which is protected under the 7th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. For almost 25 years, he has vigorously represented his clients outside and inside the courtroom in all counties in Texas and several other states. Mr. Adrogué has obtained more than $25 million in settlements and verdicts for his clients. Since 2008, he has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS). He is among only 3% of lawyers licensed in Texas with this honor. Mr. Adrogué is also Board Eligible in the areas of Civil Trial Law (since 2013) and Commercial and Consumer Law (since 2015). He has tried almost 50 jury trials and more than 25 bench trials and arbitrations. He is admitted in all the state courts in Texas, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims at Washington, D.C.
Mr. Adrogué litigates civil cases involving wrongful death and survival claims, medical malpractice, general litigation, motor vehicle negligence, trucking negligence, premise liability, product liability, commercial litigation and disputes, employment litigation and criminal defense. He is certified as a Guardian Ad Litem and is routinely appointed by several Harris County District Court Judges. Additionally, Mr. Adrogué is a certified Mediator in the State of Texas.
