Meredith Smith represents clients in personal injury litigation and guides cases through investigation, pleadings, discovery, mediation, and trial. She has tried over 30 trials to verdict as first chair, and she is deeply experienced in drafting motions and discovery, negotiating settlements, and preparing clients for deposition and trial testimony.

Meredith is actively involved in professional leadership and trial-lawyer organizations, including service with the Texas Trial Lawyers Association Board of Advocates.
