Attorney Information

Overview

Tori currently focuses her practice on catastrophic personal injury cases—including wrongful death, trucking accidents, oil & gas and industrial accidents, workplace injuries, and commercial motor vehicle accidents—as well as general civil and commercial litigation matters at the state and federal level. Tori is adept at handling all phases of litigation—from pre-litigation, file to trial, and beyond.

Tori’s hands-on experience, coupled with her desire to help clients navigate what may be the hardest time they’ve ever been made to face, convinced her to obtain her law degree. Tori’s goal is to provide each client with a sense of understanding, to let them know there’s someone in his or her corner, and that she will fight to achieve the best possible results for them. Tori’s work ethic and natural ability to make clients feel at ease have given her the ability to provide needed guidance and smart counsel in several high stakes matters. Her clients have quickly become used to her empathy, understanding, and commitment.

Tori is a proud former Bostonian. After graduating from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts with a degree in criminal justice, she continued her education at the Boston University Center for Professional Education, earning her certification as a paralegal. She then spent six years working as a Litigation Paralegal at a plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Boston, focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice matters, while simultaneously attending law school in the evenings at New England Law | Boston, graduating at the top of her class. After graduating from law school, she moved to Houston, Texas and began her legal career as an attorney. Prior to joining Kherkher Garcia in 2023, Tori worked at a top-tier litigation firm in Houston, where she gained invaluable experience handling commercial litigation matters on both the plaintiff and defense side, in addition to personal injury cases.

Tori has been recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 – Civil Plaintiff in 2024 and 2025, and was named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2025 and 2026. She is a member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association (HTLA), Houston Young Lawyers Association (HYLA), Texas Trial Lawyers Association (TTLA), and the American Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Tori enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
