Will Vaughn was born and raised in Cypress, Texas. After graduating from Houston Christian High School, he attended Emory University in Atlanta and played two seasons on the varsity baseball team. Will completed his undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University, where he studied History and Philosophy and graduated Cum Laude.

Will earned his Juris Doctor at South Texas College of Law where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While attending South Texas, he served on the Board of South Texas Law Review and competed in several Varsity Mock Trial and Moot Court national competitions.

Vaughn Law was founded by Will and his wife, Kate. Kate Vaughn graduated with honors from University of Houston Downtown with her Bachelor's in Social Work. She has worked for several community non-profits, including The Worker's Defense Project and LifeHouse of Houston. She provides to our clients a unique service. As a social worker, she is trained in analyzing our client's needs, establishing a holistic plan of success, and advocating with compassion and service.
