Attorney Information
Overview
Originally from Florida, Eric has called Texas home since attending Baylor University School of Law, and he is licensed to practice in both Texas and California. He is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Known for his creative, tactical, and aggressive approach, Eric represents individuals and businesses in serious and complex civil lawsuits. During his legal career, he has helped clients recover more than $200 million in verdicts and settlements for cases involving catastrophic personal injury, fraud, wrongful death, bad faith, breach of contract, and product liability for defectively manufactured, designed, and marketed products. Eric’s results have been featured by the National Trial Lawyers (Top 100 Trial Lawyers; Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers), in National Law Journal’s “Big Money Wins” (ninth largest verdict in the nation), and as a “Texas Super Lawyer: Rising Star.” Eric is passionate about obtaining justice for people who have been injured–physically, emotionally, financially, or otherwise–by the negligence of powerful corporations and individuals.
In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, traveling, and volunteering in his community.
