Craig Wolcott has been practicing law for almost 40 years, during which time he has represented clients in a wide variety of civil matters throughout Texas. Over a decade ago, he founded his own law practice in the Texas Hill Country, and ever since then, he has been doing his best to help the people of his neighborhood and surrounding areas find effective solutions to their legal problems.

Mr. Wolcott’s office has always been a safe space for clients to share their concerns openly and honestly, with the goal of finding a mutually beneficial resolution. He is a board-certified attorney in both civil trial law and personal injury trial law. He is well-versed in civil litigation and possesses the skills, work ethic and tenacity to tackle even the most challenging cases.

In order to assist his clients prepare for the future or cope with the present, Mr. Wolcott offers them individualized services in the areas of estate planning and probate. No one wants to think about dying, but if you take the time to prepare for it, you may help your loved ones avoid unnecessary hardship and expense as they honor your life and legacy. He can assist you at the probate court if you find yourself in a scenario where there is a disagreement over the estate of a loved one.

Mr. Wolcott has devoted a great deal of his time to representing victims of personal injury and wrongful death in court, helping them to obtain the justice and recompense they deserve. Clients who have been in unusual or very difficult accidents can rely on his experience as a board-certified personal injury trial law attorney.

Over the course of his 30-plus years at a Houston law practice, Mr. Wolcott handled cases ranging in scope from those involving people or small businesses to those involving multinational corporations. In his current firm, he continues to assist businesses of all sizes in developing and addressing their legal issues.
