So when I say that I was worried when searching for a new attorney I mean it. Joshua Floyd was put on my case and from the minute we spoke, he set the record straight and didn't sugar coat anything. He let me know where I stood at against the father of my child, and there were days where I didn't like the news I was given. But never for a second did he not have a solution for anything. He worked hard, he researched what he needed to, he dug deep, I did what I had to do on my end, I obeyed the rules that were given to me, and side by side we just fought hard, and I just never felt like "it could of been a better hearing". My case was long, ONE YEAR to be exact, but it was not our fault. We had an uncooperative party, but we defeated it, and Joshua got my son back into my arms full time. No cases are the same, no battles are the same. Regardless of what you hire this firm for, you will never be treated like any less of a human being, and you have an entire crew brainstorming and fighting for you. No matter what it is for, if Josh can fight it, he's hired! At the end of the day, what I have now, I couldn't of done it by myself, and I will never be able to thank Josh enough for finalizing and closing out what has been too long of a battle.
