Attorney Mark L. Boon is president and the firm's estate planning and probate specialist. In addition to three decades' experience practicing law in Texas, Mr. Boon is board certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and a Certified Public Accountant who is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Boon is also the recipient of Martindale-Hubbell's "AV" preeminent peer rating.*

An active member in Longview's legal and community organizations, Mr. Boon is a member of the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law and Taxation Sections of the State Bar of Texas, a member of Good Shepherd Health System Board of Directors, a member of East Texas Community Foundation Board of Directors, a member of the LeTourneau University President's Advisors Committee, and a member of the Parks and Leisure Foundation of Longview Board of Directors. Mr. Boon resides in Longview, Texas, with his wife, Janet.
