Mr. Hogan is from a military background and moved to Lubbock in 1979 to attend Lubbock High, Texas Tech University, and Texas Tech University School of Law. In Lubbock, he first worked in insurance defense law before making the transition to personal injury law at the Law Offices of Kevin Glasheen and eventually starting his own firm in 2006.

Mr. Hogan holds memberships in the South Plains Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice.
