Miguel Castillo is an experienced family law attorney providing passionate representation for clients going through divorce, child custody, modification, or enforcement cases.
Miguel understands that any legal process that involves one’s family can be emotionally and physically daunting experiences. Accordingly, Miguel’s goal is to provide clarity and compassion to his clients. He believes that each client and their legal issues are unique. For that reason, he focuses his efforts on finding solutions tailored to the challenges presented by each case he handles. Resolving conflicts through negotiation can be an effective method to achieve the most beneficial results for his clients, but when necessary, he also has the skills and resolve necessary to advocate for clients in the courtroom.
Miguel is also a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and he credits his military experience with forming the foundation of his work ethic as he continues to apply the Corps values of honor, courage, and commitment to his practice of law. It was also during his military service he learned the vital importance of operating as a team. By brainstorming client issues with the team at Weinman & Associates, Miguel is better able to develop a more comprehensive approach to your case. As a result, the quality of service his clients receive is greatly enhanced.
In his free time, Miguel loves spending time with his wife and son, traveling, and nerds out on sci-fi and comics.
