Some involve complex property divisions that require litigation, whereas others have matters that can be settled through sophisticated negotiation. Clint Westhoff combines his experience and knowledge of the law with his technical and analytical skills to view these factors clearly. Clint uses objectivity to help his clients gauge the pros and cons of each settlement so they can focus their attention on a positive and possible outcome.
Once achievable goals are set, Clint advocates aggressively for each client. From settling complex property divisions to representing clients in a family law appeal, he provides an invaluable sense of assurance during what is, for most people, one of the most stressful experiences they will ever face. His prowess in representing clients both in and out of the courtroom, whether it be through briefing, litigating, or filing appeals, has earned him the respect of his peers.
