Overview
Based in Plano, Texas, Evergreen Attorneys Federal Law is a premier legal practice dedicated exclusively to the complexities of the federal judicial system. We understand that facing the power of the United States government is an overwhelming experience that demands not only unwavering professionalism but also a deep sense of genuine compassion. Our mission is to serve as a sophisticated shield and a strategic voice for individuals navigating the most challenging legal crises of their lives.
Our firm provides high-caliber representation in serious federal criminal defense matters, with a particular focus on white collar crimes and complex drug trafficking allegations, as well as serious firearms offenses and sex crimes. We bring a disciplined, investigative approach to every case, ensuring that constitutional protections are rigorously enforced from the moment an investigation begins.
Beyond the trial court, we are nationally recognized for our work in post-conviction relief. We provide a lifeline to those already within the federal system through:
- 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motions and § 2241 petitions: Challenging the legality of a sentence or the conditions of confinement with precision and persistence.
- The First Step Act: Utilizing evolving federal statutes to petition for significant sentence reductions and compassionate release.
- Federal clemency and pardons: Crafting compelling, human-centered narratives to petition the Office of the Pardon Attorney and the President for executive leniency.
At our firm, we do not view our clients as case numbers; we see them as individuals with families, futures and stories worth telling. We are your dedicated partners, providing transparent, honest communication while navigating the intricate bureaucracy of the Department of Justice and the Bureau of Prisons.
We combine the technical sophistication required to deconstruct federal sentencing guidelines with the empathy needed to support you through the process. At Evergreen Attorneys Federal Law, we fight to ensure that justice includes the possibility of a second chance.
