As a family attorney, Hayley Collins excels at connecting with clients to learn their stories and achieve outcomes that are best for their individual circumstances. Hayley’s practice encompasses the broad range of family law, including divorce, paternity and child support issues.
A perceptive listener, Hayley makes her clients feel at ease as she helps them work through difficult and emotional situations. In negotiating with opposing counsel, Hayley focuses on her clients’ objectives with a no-nonsense, reasonable style. Hayley understands that an agreed resolution is usually in her clients’ best interests, and works hard with opposing counsel to reach a favorable agreement. But, if an agreement is not possible Hayley advocates aggressively for her clients’ interests in court.
Hayley received her undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University, and graduated from St. Louis University School of Law, where she was a Dagen Fellowship Award Recipient. Away from her practice Hayley serves as an enthusiastic mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters.
