Overview
Jana is a Partner and co-founder of Johnson Reist PLLC. She has over 18 years of litigation experience in Texas, advocating for her clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injuries.
Jana strives to foster personal relationships with her clients and provide individualized attention to their legal matters, aggressively advocating on their behalf. Jana is also a certified mediator and an approved arbitrator for the Texas Department of Insurance, Colorado Department of Insurance, and Virginia State Corporation Commission. She has mediated and arbitrated over 4000 matters.
Jana also volunteers for the Dallas County Dispute Resolution Center where she was awarded Mediator of the Month for January 2021. Johnson Reist PLLC offers mediations in person and can safely and comfortably accommodate multiple parties in person or via Zoom.
Jana grew up in Rowlett and now resides in Far North Dallas with her husband Kyle and identical twins, Madelyn and Ashlyn. While outside of work, Jana enjoys playing tennis, watching her daughters play volleyball, and volunteer through the National Charity League.
