Overview
Advocating for those who have been wronged is what drove Jaime M. Lynn to become a lawyer. Jaime has been practicing law in Texas for more than two decades and has helped countless victims of personal injuries recover millions in damages. As a Round Rock personal injury lawyer, Jaime is a man who believes in justice.
Experience on your side
Jaime is an Austin native who was fortunate to be able to remain in the area. After graduating from Texas State University, Jaime went on to St. Mary's University School of Law. While in law school, Jaime spent one summer at the St. Mary's Institute on World Legal Problems in Innsbruck, Austria. After graduation, he spent several years with Austin-area law firms including a two-year stint with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas before joining The Carlson Law Firm.
Forever committed to his fight for justice, Jaime attended Trial Lawyer's College in Dubois Wyoming. As a partner for The Carlson Law Firm, Jaime is proud to be helping and fighting for clients. He is licensed to practice in the State of Texas, United States District Court-Western District of Texas and the United States District Court-Southern District of Texas.
Coupled with his experience and education, Jaime's dedication to justice and compassion for his clients is what makes him a top personal injury attorney. Clients injured in a tractor-trailer and motor-vehicle collisions, on the job, or on the premises of a business or other party can rest assured that Jaime will do all that he can to ensure proper resolution.
Among his many success stories, one of Jaime's most recent recoveries for a client was $7.4 million jury verdict in the case Claxton v. Better Logistics Trucking.
Jaime has been recognized by The Carlson Law Firm on several occasions for his dedication to his clients. He was awarded Carlson Law Firm Litigator of the Year and was also awarded the Carlson Law Firm Jared Stenbeg Award for Attorney of the Year. Additionally, he has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer (2016-present).
When he's not practicing law, Jaime is heavily involved in his community. He is currently on the Board of Directors of Capitol Credit Union and Meredith's Mission for Melanoma. Additionally, he donates his time to the Benevolent & Protective Order of Elks and assists in the Longhorn Corvette Club's Make A Wish Foundation fundraiser. Jaime has also held several positions with the Star of Texas Fair & Rodeo, including the former president, ambassador's committee and scholarship committee.
