Ana Zabalgoitia - San Antonio, TX

Ana is a new associate with the Barrera Firm, where she focuses her practice on commercial and civil litigation.

She represents businesses and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including contract matters, business torts, and complex commercial conflicts in both state and federal courts.

Ana graduated law school cum laude in 2017, from St. Mary’s University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in both state and federal courts—in Texas and New Mexico—and has been litigating heavily in both states since 2018.

Ana brings nearly a decade of litigation experience to her practice, having handled matters at all stages of dispute resolution—from pre-suit strategy and case assessment through discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and resolution.

In her free time, Ana enjoys spending quality time with her nieces and family, or listening to hours of podcasts and audiobooks.
