Hired Attorney 2006-2021My experience with Ramos & Del Cueto Law Firm was excellent. My attorney, Mr. Andrew Del Cueto was outstanding, calm, patient, reasonable in the turmoil I was going through. He knows his craft and will walk the extra mile for you. Without the help of the entire firm, I know that I would not have had the successful outcome I had; each one of them handled my case with the utmost care and professionalism. I also appreciated working with people that care for you on a personal level instead of just handling you as a “case“. Mr. Del Cueto worked tirelessly to make sure that the truth was told and presented it perfectly. He stood by every one of my requests and guided me through the entire process. Though we faced a couple minor challenges, Mr. Del Cueto did not falter. His thorough research provided us the pathway we needed to rise to victory and my case was DISMISSED. . I will only recommend this Law Firm as I have never been nor have I ever seen anyone treated better. I am proud to be a client and will continue to retain them for any legal matters that may arise as I know I am in the best hands; although I hope not to have to. Hands down to the best law firm in San Antonio.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
