James C. Woo is a shareholder of the Firm and a member of the Practice Management Committee. He is head of the Firm's Estate Planning and Probate and Business Sections. Mr. Woo is a native San Antonian and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas San Antonio and his Juris Doctor from St. Mary's University School of Law.
Mr. Woo is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. In the area of Estate Planning and Probate, his practice is primarily focused in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, Probate Litigation, and Guardianship. Mr. Woo's practice also includes business succession planning, asset protection, corporations, and real estate transactions.
