Marcus Greydanus - San Antonio, TX

Marcus Greydanus earned his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2025 and was licensed to practice law in Texas that same year. Marcus’ connection with the firm began years before he became a licensed attorney. Before and while attending law school, Marcus worked with Duarte & Molina and gained substantial experience assisting with the types of criminal and civil matters the firm handles today. That experience allowed him to work closely with the firm’s attorneys, develop familiarity with its practice and build a foundation in litigation before beginning his career as an attorney.

After law school, Marcus joined the Bexar County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney. Assigned to the Family Violence Division, Marcus prosecuted criminal cases involving family violence and related offenses. Marcus handled cases throughout the criminal process, including reviewing evidence, negotiating resolutions, preparing witnesses, conducting contested hearings and preparing cases for trial.

Marcus later returned to Duarte & Molina, P.C., bringing with him both his prior experience at the firm and the courtroom experience he developed as a prosecutor. Because Marcus had already spent years working alongside the firm’s attorneys and on matters within its practice areas, his return was a continuation of a professional relationship and litigation background developed over several years.

His prosecution experience gives Marcus practical insight into how criminal allegations are investigated, evaluated, negotiated and presented in court. His broader experience with Duarte & Molina also allows him to apply that litigation perspective to the firm’s civil practice.
