Attorney Information
Overview
Rebecca Jaroszewski is an attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas. She has been licensed to practice law since 2009 and joined The Voeller Law Firm in 2018. Rebecca was born and raised in the San Antonio area and graduated from East Central High School. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Yale University and returned to Texas for law school. While at Baylor Law, Rebecca was a member of the law review and participated on national trial advocacy teams. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2008.
Rebecca’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. Rebecca believes proper estate planning requires getting to know each of her clients. Understanding her clients’ goals, concerns, and family dynamics allows her to make recommendations that ensure their desires are achieved and that court-ordered guardianships and public probates are avoided.
For clients that do find the need for court involvement, Rebecca aims to remove the stress of navigating the legal system. With over ten years of experience, Rebecca is able to provide her clients with sound legal advice and walk them through each step of the legal process. Because she knows that dealing with the incapacity or loss of a loved one is very difficult, she strives to make sure the court process goes as smoothly as possible for her clients, so they can focus their attention on the things that matter the most.
Rebecca lives in the country with her husband and four children. She enjoys being involved at her kids’ school, teaching Sunday School, baking, and riding horses.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
