Rebekah Meeks Schement is an attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas. She is licensed to practice in all Texas Courts, the United States Federal District Court for the Western District of Texas and the United States Federal Court of Claims. Rebekah grew up in San Antonio and attended San Antonio Christian School. Rebekah received her BA in Organizational Development from The University of the Incarnate Word. She earned her law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston and was licensed to practice law in 2005. Rebekah was happy to return to San Antonio after law school to start her legal career as she trained under the late Kenneth P. Courtright. Rebekah was a co-owner of a boutique law firm in San Antonio from 2005 through 2019 before joining The Voeller Law Firm.
Rebekah focuses her practice on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Guardianship and Estate Planning. Rebekah was named a Texas Rising Star in the area of Estate Planning and Probate for 2009 by Super Lawyers Magazine.
Rebekah is a certified mediator and regularly makes appearances on behalf of her clients in the Bexar County, Guadalupe County and Comal County courts for probate matters.
Rebekah is passionate about offering high quality legal services. One of the highlights of Rebekah’s profession is developing strong relationships with her clients by supporting and counseling them through the aspects of their estate planning and through the probate and administrative process after losing a loved one.
When Rebekah is not practicing law, she enjoys running, hiking, traveling and being active with her four energetic children.
