Mr. Peña’s practice is focused on providing general legal services in the representation of local municipal governments.He currently serves as the City Attorney for the Cities of Helotes, Cotulla and Sabinal, Texas where he provides general counsel and municipal court prosecution services.Mr. Peña is General Counsel to the Cotulla and Helotes Economic Development Corporations and has recently been retained by the City of Cuero to advise and assist in the creation and implementation of a Buildings & Standards Commission.Mr. Peña has significant experience in multi-jurisdictional property & casualty insurance matters and has represented clients in criminal law, personal injury, family law cases, real estate transactions, as well as the acquisition and sale of water rights.
