Overview
Mr. Chancellor is an associate attorney of Gauntt, Koen, Binney & Kidd, L.L.P. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants and covers a wide variety of commercial and personal injury litigation matters, including contract disputes, fiduciary breaches, automobile accidents, catastrophic construction-related accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and hard-money lending disputes.
Mr. Chancellor graduated from the University of Texas at Austin before completing his J.D./M.A. at Boston University, and returning to the University of Texas to study energy law.
Mr. Chancellor is licensed to practice law in Texas as well as federal court in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. Mr. Chancellor has practiced litigation in most major Texas cities and counties across the state, as well as participated in internal pharmaceutical audits and major opioid litigation.
He is a member of the Woodlands Methodist church and raises his two children in The Woodlands.
