Hired Attorney W. Randy Harrell 2023Worst law firm not responsive I tried to work with them for one small engagement to see how they would treat me I think they didn't realize the volume of business I would potentially bring and they treated me like I did not exist. Obviously they could care less about what they "judge" to be the initial interaction. Stay way and find a law firm that cares about people not money.

Consulted Attorney W. Randy Harrell 2022I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Harrell a week ago. I never heard back to confirm the appointment through his office, so I called the morning of the scheduled appointment to confirm that he would be willing to meet with me and help me discuss my minor daughter's case. The secretary put me on hold, came on and said, "yes, we will be happy to see you today at your scheduled time." I showed up for the appointment on time, only to have the secretary come out and say "I'm sorry, but he doesn't feel like he can help you." The law office didn't even have the courtesy to call me to cancel, even though I called the same morning to verify.
