Having a teaching and social work background, she's able to look beyond the narrow facts and immediate impact of the situation and see the greater picture of how an individual is doing. Tera has acquired the skills to be sympathetic and does well with making people feel more at ease in uncomfortable situations.
When Tera isn't practicing law, she enjoys doing hard-core yoga classes and spending time with her husband, two daughters, dogs and cats.
