Overview
For a combined 50 years, brothers Errol and Michael Friedman have been attending the legal needs of the Texarkana area, representing both small and large clients, individuals and companies alike.
Errol Friedman, rated "av" in Martindale-Hubbell by his peers, is a 1970 graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association (1973-1984), been a member of the Texas Board of Legal Specialization Advisory Committee, and has served as President of the Texarkana Bar Association (1998).
Certified in 1978 in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Errol devotes roughly half his time to assisting those who have been seriously injured because of the negligence of others or the failure of a product.
Michael Friedman graduated with honors in 1975 from the University of Texas School of Architecture and in 1977 from St. Mary's Law School. Michael has successfully represented contractors and consumers alike in matters ranging from alleged structural failures to serious personal injury resulting from faulty design.
The Friedman brothers are both members of the Texas and Arkansas bars and practice extensively in both states. Each is licensed in and credentialed by the federal courts of both states.
Both Errol and Michael devote significant parts of their practices to the representation of individuals who have problems with their own insurance companies.
The Friedman Law Office partners also regularly represent spouses in family law disputes ranging form property issues to custody of children.
