Attorney Information
Overview
Landalynn Ramirez joined the Law Office of Jennifer Casey in 2026 and is passionate about helping clients navigate difficult and emotional legal matters with compassion, understanding, and strong advocacy.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Landalynn is a proud "San Antonian" who later found a second home in Houston while attending Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She is a first-generation college graduate and first-generation lawyer, and she takes great pride in her journey and commitment to serving others through the legal profession. She is currently falling in love with The Woodlands, where she continues to build both her professional and personal life.
During law school, she participated in the Family Law Clinic, where she gained valuable experience representing clients and advocating for families during challenging times. After obtaining her license to practice law in 2022, Landalynn has continued to strengthen her legal skills and sharpen her advocacy skills in and outside of the courtroom. She takes lead in case preparation and client guidance in highly sensitive matters.
Landalynn was inspired to become an attorney through her own experiences. She understands how intimidating it can be when faced with the prospect of appearing in court and attempting to understand the complex legal process. She takes pride in guiding clients through each stage of their case while ensuring they feel heard, informed, and supported.
Landalynn's faith is a central part of her life. She was "born again" in January 2023 and has since fully surrendered her life to Christ, which guides her values, perspective, and approach to serving others.
Outside of work, Landalynn enjoys spending time with her goldendoodle, reading the Word, watching movies, and solo traveling.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
