Melissa Loveless is an experienced and motivated family law attorney assisting clients in divorce, custody, child support, visitation, prenuptial agreements, adoption, paternity cases and other family law cases. She is driven to provide her clients with the best possible options and outcomes for their family's individual needs. A true Texan, she was born, raised, and educated in Houston, Texas. She obtained her B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in December of 2005. Melissa is also a Certified Family Law Mediator and believes in developing creative solutions for your specific situation. Having 20 years in the legal profession she is prepared to provide the legal advice, support, and representation you need to get the best possible outcome for you and your family in one of the most difficult times in your life.
Many times the best outcome is one which saves the emotional and financial toll of litigating a lengthy legal battle. All attempts are made to settle a matter prior to going to the judge, but if an amicable resolution is not possible, Melissa will work diligently to represent your interests to the conclusion of the case.
