Recent News

April 22, 2026 - We tried a murder case to a Henderson County jury in October, 2024. We presented a self-defense case. This case resulted in a hung jury in which the jury voted 10-2 for not guilty. The State said they would retry this case. On April 22, 2026, the State dismissed the murder charge. As a result, our client was placed on deferred probation with no jail time, no prison time, and no conviction. This is why hard work and preparation matter.
