Michael Parker's experience has earned him a reputation as the go-to source when dealing with fraud recovery matters. With a background in military service in both the Texas and California Reserves and a legal career spanning decades, Mr. Parker's approach to the law couples strategy and a deep understanding of systems that perpetrate fraud.
Before starting his legal career, Mr. Parker spent more than a decade as a private investigator and worked in the special investigative unit of a major insurance company. His hands-on experience provides his clients with aggressive representation in complex fraud matters.
Mr. Parker frequently speaks on insurance industry matters across the nation, including fraud, organized crime, and bad faith claims. Currently, Mr. Parker is a lieutenant colonel (LTC) in the Texas State Guard and provides legal advice to soldiers as a Judge Advocate General's Corps Trial Defense Service member.
Since its establishment in 2001, Mr. Parker's law firm has expanded to California, Texas, New York, and Oklahoma, enabling him to service clients nationwide.
