Raised in the Flathead Valley of Montana, Mary Kate Moss is a first-generation college graduate and attorney who represents clients in Montana and Utah in family law matters. She serves as a principal at Gravis Law and played a key role in helping open and grow the firm’s Utah office, expanding access to family law services in the region. Mary Kate entered the legal profession with a passion for helping families, particularly children, and is committed to delivering exceptional, results-driven service to every client.
Mary Kate tailors her approach to each client’s unique goals, working to minimize conflict whenever possible while offering creative and efficient solutions. She is also experienced in handling high-conflict cases that require court intervention and is a vigorous advocate for her clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
While proud of her professional achievements, Mary Kate finds the greatest fulfillment in helping clients successfully close long-standing cases. She especially values seeing her clients’ personal growth post-divorce, believing that, despite the challenges, divorce can lead to stronger, more fulfilling lives.
Outside of her legal work, Mary Kate enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, and attending concerts.
