First, he is an outstanding lawyer who really understands his profession and the ins and outs of the law and the judicial system in Utah. Second, what sets him apart is that he really tries to use all of his knowledge to get the best outcome for his client ... he isn't just going through the paces to get a slightly better outcome or the outcome that 95% of people get... he goes for the absolutely BEST outcome. Not only that, he charges a very fair fee that was less expensive than others that did not think that the outcome he achieved was even possible. Lastly, I appreciated the fact that he was very honest and upfront about everything. When I contacted other lawyers for an initial consultation, they told me that the judge in the case was extremely tough and unfair, and that the book would get thrown at me. Brent Huff was honest and didn't try to scare me. He indicated judge was nice, fair, and reasonable...which is was my experience. He also really listens and then shares his strategy and his view of the law, making me feel like I was part of the process. Again, I can't recommend Brent Huff more strongly. He is fantastic.
