Overview

Ms. Labrum was born and raised in rural Roosevelt, Utah. She graduated from the University of Utah in 2000 with a B.S. in Speech Communication. In 2017, Ms. Labrum earned her J.D. from Purdue University Global. She has been a member of the State Bar of California since 2021, and was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2025. Ms. Labrum is a Utah court-rostered mediator for both basic and domestic mediation. Ms. Labrum became a trailblazer through her extraordinary journey to become a Utah licensed attorney, when she petitioned and won her case before the Utah Supreme Court. Ms. Labrum’s victory brought about changes made by the Utah Supreme Court to two Utah State Bar admission rules, making the pathway to licensure for nontraditional law students easier. Ms. Labrum is passionate about, and committed to, providing access to justice in underserved areas in Utah, and has worked as a pro-bono attorney since 2021. Her practice is focused primarily on family law, estate planning, probate, business/corporate law, and litigation matters. In her free time, Ms. Labrum enjoys adventuring outdoors with her family and friends.
