Mark joined Olsen, Skoubye & Nielson, LLC in 2015. His practice focuses on commercial and general litigation matters, including contract disputes, construction law, transportation law, property disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, and insurance disputes.
Prior to joining Olsen, Skoubye & Nielson, LLC, Mark practiced at the firm Smith & Glauser, P.C. primarily in the areas of insurance defense, construction defects, and personal injury litigation. This followed a judicial clerkship for the Hon. Karen Lansing at the Idaho Court of Appeals.
