Aaron Pacini is a partner at Jenkins Bagley Sperry, PLLC, and is licensed to practice in Utah and Wyoming. He has served as General Counsel for companies in high-end real estate development, commercial financing, property management, software, education, and energy. Aaron has extensive experience in negotiating real estate transactions, and in providing legal advice to businesses and community associations in matters of entity creation, compliance, governance, and litigation.
Aaron has successfully represented both individuals and associations in various forums, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation. Aaron is a dauntless, but fair, advocate, and is appreciated for his ability to solve complex legal challenges with astute, clever, cost-effective, and practical solutions. Prior to passing the bar, Aaron worked in national intelligence and clerked for the Honorable Clark Waddoups in the United States District Court for the District of Utah.
Aaron currently serves as:
* Vice-President and member of the Board of Directors of the Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute (UCCAI), co-liaison to the UCCAI Legislation Act Committee, and member of the UCCAI Education Committee.
* Member of the Standing Committee on Model Utah Civil Jury Instructions for the Utah State Courts.
* Secretary and Treasurer of the Utah Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Board of Directors and on the Education Committee for the Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute.
Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, participating in his local church, making pizza in his brick oven, reading, playing strategy games, and thinking about spending time outdoors.
