Overview

Carson is a partner and one of the founding members of Jenkins Bagley Sperry, PLLC. His legal practice focuses on homeowner association law, planned communities, condominiums, real estate, liens, easements, contracts, civil litigation, construction defects, and business law. Carson’s representation within the community association field includes advising clients regarding compliance and enforcement of the governing documents, amending governing documents, and addressing disputes between owners and associations. In addition to other litigation, Carson has litigated many construction defect cases ranging from single homes to entire communities.

In 2022-2023, Carson served as the president of the Utah Chapter of Community Associations Institute (UCCAI) and continues to be involved with UCCAI, including being involved with UCCAI’s Legislative Action Committee where he provides input on legislation that impacts people living and working in community associations. He has also been recognized multiple times by Utah Business Magazine and Super Lawyers Magazine.

Carson is licensed to practice law in Utah and Nevada and enjoys exploring the world with his daughter, family, and friends, while jeeping, scuba diving, biking, canyoneering, farming, and going on other adventures in the great outdoors.
