Jared R. Casper - St George, UT

For the past 26 years, Jared R. Casper has been practicing law where he has handled mostly personal injury cases. Jared has successfully resolved hundreds of cases through trial, arbitration, mediation, and negotiation. Jared received a bachelors degree in Finance at the University of Utah and his juris doctorate degree from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Jared is licensed in Utah, Idaho, and Oregon, and is pending licensing in Arkansas. Jared has successfully taken cases to trial in all three states in which he is licensed where the respective juries returned verdicts in favor of his clients. In total, Jared has conducted more than 30 jury and bench trials and over 100 arbitrations.

Prior to becoming a personal injury attorney, Jared had a vast amount of experience in representing a number of insurance companies, including as an in-house litigation attorney for Farmers Insurance. Jared was successful in defending his clients in cases involving many areas of personal injury, including automobile cases, slip and fall cases, product liability cases, drunk driving cases, mold exposure cases, and carbon monoxide poisoning cases.

Jared is currently is a member of the Utah Association for Justice and grades bar examinations twice a year for the Utah State Bar. Immediately prior to joining Robert J. DeBry & Associates, Jared was the President of the Utah Defense Lawyers Association. Previously, Jared served on the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section for the Utah State Bar.

When Jared is not assisting clients receive just compensation for their injuries, he enjoys coaching basketball, attending sporting events, reading, and eating at new places. However, there is nothing Jared likes to do more than spend time with his wife, Juli, and his 7 children and 12 grandchildren.
