Shawn McGinnis - St George, UT

Shawn has the cutest wife (Stacey). They have been married for 36 years. She teaches third grade and loves it. They have 5 wonderful children, two are computer engineers, one is a nail technician, another works in landscaping, and the last instructs in yoga. Shawn also has 7 adorable grandchildren; they work at being mischievous.

Shawn grew up and went to high school in Las Vegas, NV and has lived in St. George, UT for about 33 years. He received his bachelor’s degree from Dixie State University and his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University. He has previously worked playing baseball, as an EMT, a cage fighter, a firearms instructor, owner of a stucco company, the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s office, Utah Legal Services, and 5 years as a personal injury attorney.

He enjoys reading, traveling, sports, repelling, hiking, Jeeping, fighting, fishing, home construction, cars, biking, Harleys, rat-rods, eating, and whatever his kids and grand-kids are into at the time. Besides spending time with his family, Shawn likes building relationships with great people and meeting fun and interesting individuals.
