Attorney Agnew handles all aspects of family law, including divorce, parentage, custody and visitation, child support, relief from abuse petitions, and appeals. Attorney Agnew provides comprehensive advocacy through all stages of a case, with the goal of negotiating cases outside of court wherever possible, and litigating when necessary. A Vermonter by birth, Attorney Agnew practiced as a litigator in Philadelphia and southern New Jersey for five years prior to returning to Vermont eight years ago. She has taught Family Law at Champlain College as an adjunct professor.
