At Farr Law Firm, serving Fredericksburg, Virginia, we help individuals and families address some of life’s most important legal and planning decisions. Our firm was founded by Evan H. Farr, a certified elder law attorney and four-time best-selling author. His experience and dedication to elder law have helped shape our practice and our commitment to providing knowledgeable, personalized legal counsel to the families we serve.
Estate planning is another important part of our practice. We assist clients with wills and other estate planning matters designed to provide direction and help ensure their wishes are clearly established. When a loved one passes away, we also provide guidance through wills and probate, helping families understand the legal process and their responsibilities.
We further represent clients in guardianship and conservatorship matters. These proceedings can involve significant decisions about the care and financial interests of another person, and we work to provide clear legal guidance throughout the process.
