    Teemrry Osborne was state appointed, claimed could not find the client in time for hearing where state took his custody. Then did not take or return calls, directed he file a motion and then insisted he hire her as attorney. The matter that she was state appointed to was nothing less than apathy, she made a scene in court and continously blamed it on he did not hire her for the matter she had him file motion for, although that still has not been heard. When judge finally removed her as tge clients attorney, she whispered in the clients here her hopes of outcome . Judge has no idea admonished client fir speaking to her at that time, she continously spoke against client, she tried her best to get response from me. She should not be paid by state of Virginia for this case, she should not be appointed any, ANY state cases. Apathy is off the charts, she actually tries to pull for the other side while she sabatoges her client and refuse to approach the judge with any and all information, concerns, requests and anything else. She is not a fit attorney in any sense of the word. Virginia has to know this. Her theatrics are appalling at best

    I must say after I left my abusive marriages; my children went back to the abusers. It's quite unfortunate how I was dealing with an agency against sexual assault and domestic violence as well. No one fights the abusers in Virginia. The guardian ad listens do not fight with the fathers either. Let's blame the weaker individual, the mother, like me. I lost it all in Virginia because of people like Ms. Osborne. Don't let her around your kids.eli

    She has some horrible bed side manners. Is rude, disprectful and does not work for her clients. She hung up on me, refused to ask the courts for what I asked, and would not let us speak in court. Two weeks after hiring her, I changed lawyers, as she did NOTHING that we asked. We now have a new lawyer, and he is a world of difference and things are going SO MUCH SMOOTHER.
