Charles J. Nucciarone, or C.J., as he is known around the office, has represented individuals all over the Commonwealth of Virginia in both state and federal courts in a variety of DWI/DUI, criminal, traffic, and injury cases. C.J.’s criminal, DWI/DUI, and traffic defense experience includes low-level traffic citations (like speeding), more serious traffic matters like reckless driving and DWI/DUI, misdemeanor criminal offenses like assault and battery, shoplifting, and domestic violence, to the most serious felony crimes including violent crime, drug possession and distribution, homicide, and sexually-based offenses.
C.J. has also represented numerous clients in injury claims arising from car collisions. Having spent years working for some of the largest insurance companies in the country, C.J. puts that knowledge to use for his clients in obtaining fair and full compensation for the injuries, pain, and suffering that they experience due to someone else’s negligence.

Hired Attorney 2023-2024I have had the fortunate luck to have found Charles Nucciarone of Manassas Law group to help me with an unfair (in my opinion) traffic citation.
