Shalev I. Ben-Avraham is a partner and criminal defense trial attorney at Dischley Law, PLLC. He represents people facing DUI/DWI, reckless driving, and other criminal and traffic charges in Fairfax, Prince William County, and throughout Northern Virginia. The firm has offices in Fairfax and Manassas.
Before joining Dischley Law, Shalev served as a Senior Assistant Public Defender. His approach centers on thorough preparation, trial advocacy, and protecting the client’s rights at every stage. He helps clients understand the evidence, their options, and the practical consequences of their decisions.
Shalev earned his Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law and graduated from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. In 2021, the judges of the Prince William County Circuit Court selected him as Trial Attorney of the Year. He has served as faculty for the Virginia Indigent Defense Commission’s Public Defender Boot Camp and Shark ATAC advanced trial advocacy program.
