Timothy brings with him over 20 years of litigation experience. He started his legal career as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney in Fairfax County where he handled hundreds of criminal trials from murder to minor traffic offenses. After leaving the public sector, Timothy became a partner at The Davis Law Firm and has litigated family law cases for over 17 years while also litigating criminal matters and personal injury cases. Timothy’s litigation experience allows him to evaluate each case to implement strategies for every client that match their needs and circumstances.
