Garen Dodge has dedicated his career to assisting clients in addressing complex labor and employment issues with innovative solutions.
He has successfully defended a wide array of employers, including Fortune 500 companies in industries such as restaurants and retail. His expertise spans privacy, discrimination, background checks, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and occupational safety and health. Garen's extensive experience in Washington, D.C. includes representing clients before Congress and various federal agencies. He has testified before the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights and served as counsel of record in key U.S. Supreme Court and appellate cases as amicus curiae. Garen began his career as an Attorney-Advisor for the Benefits Review Board at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of the Secretary.

For instance, when a food service client faced an investigation for its pay practices on a government contract, Garen not only defended the client in litigation but also engaged with congressional staff to influence the investigation's outcome.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
