Overview
Mashal S. Shah is an associate in the Corporate practice group, where she focuses on the representation of public and private companies in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, securities regulation, corporate governance and other complex transactional matters. Mashal's work includes drafting transactional and governance documents, as well as performing substantive due diligence in connection with a wide variety of transactions. Prior to joining OFP, Mashal practiced as an associate at a prominent international law firm in Washington, DC.
Outside of the office, Mashal enjoys spending time with her two sons, whether it’s at the playground, reading books or building legos.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state

- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
